About Justin Lipford
Justin is the Director of Community Engagement and Belonging for the YMCA of San Diego County. He is also a founding Board Member of the Emo Brown Foundation. For over 25 years Justin has been a champion of disconnected and under-resourced communities. Over the past 3 years Justin has led community wide initiatives to increase understanding, empathy and solutions for those experiencing homelessness.
