About Crystal Trull
Dr. Crystal Trull has 20+ years leading and supporting nonprofit organizations. She has been an adjunct professor at USD and UCSD, chaired the largest advisory committee in the San Diego Unified School District, and volunteered at multiple other organizations. Crystal’s area of expertise is board governance. She is known for her ability to listen to and understand multiple perspectives, build consensus, improve organizations and systems, build leadership capacity, and focus on strategy. Trull is the mother of three kids who attend San Diego Unified schools.
