About Nick Serrano
Nick Serrano is the Deputy Chief of Staff to San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and the Chair of the San Diego County Water Authority. He is the youngest and first openly LGBTQ+ person to be elected as Chair. Since he was appointed to the Authority in May of 2021, Nick has been keenly focused on water affordability and making sure residents and businesses have access to safe, reliable, and affordable water today, tomorrow, and well into the future
