About Paul Armstrong
Paul Armstrong is the Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Programs at the San Diego Rescue Mission. He has worked in homeless services since retiring from the Navy in 2017. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Brenau University, Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and his Masters in Social Work from University of Southern California.
