The City’s Last Attempt at a Homeless Services Center Was Scaled Back Before it Even Opened

Mayor Kevin Faulconer has pitched a center where homeless people can be connected with a wide array of services. Just five years ago, the city hailed the opening of Connections Housing, which was also envisioned as a comprehensive center to serve the homeless.
