During our quest on the challenges of doing business in San Diego, local business owners often name-dropped the same four major complaints.

San Diego companies aren’t exactly facing the apocalypse as they work to stay afloat, but some of the concerns they raise can sometimes make it sound like it’s the end of the world. So we dubbed these hurdles San Diego businesses’ Four Horsemen.
