All this time I have consulted real estate agents, loan officers and even DataQuick. Almost all of them predict the housing market is leveling off.
If I were one of them, I wouldn’t tell anyone the market is going down hill. Even a close friend of mine, who is an agent, thinks the market is leveling.
I think they have a fundamental conflict of interest.
Other than my common sense and voiceofsandiego.org, Where do I find independent real estate market analysis? I am a renter now, should I continue renting for six months or one year?
