We strive to be perfect and 100 percent accurate. We don’t always achieve that. And it’s not always easy to know when something you’ve read has later been corrected. In this space you can see our most recent stories that have contained corrections, large and small. The goal: To be transparent and accountable.
Individual reporters also send out their corrections from their Twitter accounts and all corrections are sent out from the @voiceofsandiego Twitter account.
