Frankly, anyone in California that doesn’t have a reverse osmosis filter system for drinking water isn’t really drinking water worth drinking.
But when it comes to spending more taxpayer money, that’s a concept that’s water under the bridge.
Is a filtering system affordable? If you own an iPod it is.
