I still haven’t heard from the Mayor’s Office regarding our challenge to its decision to withhold an e-mail sought under the Public Records Act. It has said it will get back to me today.
So, in the meantime, I got this interesting comment from a reader that I thought I’d pass along:
Also, they cannot make the argument that releasing the e-mail to a member of the media will impact their ability to defend in the litigation — since the media (Bob Kittle) already has it!
