About Rafael Bautista
Rafael Bautista is a real estate and mortgage broker with over 20 years experience. He is a community organizer with Si Se Puede Immigrant Rights Organization, an activist with the ISO, a volunteer policy advocate with ACCE, and political director for the San Diego Socialist Campaign. Rafael is the founder of San Diego Tenants United and director of the San Diego Tenants Union. A graduate of San Diego State University with B.A in Philosophy, Rafael is a first year at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Rafael is an economic refugee born in Mexico City, a husband and father of two children.
