Where can I find information about the event and the schedule on the day of the event? / Is there an event app?
We will be using a mobile app to provide program information on the day of the event.
You’ll have to log in using your registration confirmation code. Then you can find the schedule, information about each session, speaker profiles, and sponsor information.
How to ask a question during a session
If you would like to ask questions during a panel, we encourage you to use the event app.
Search “Cvent Events” in your app store. Then “Politifest 2023” in the directory. Each individual panel will have its own Q&A forum within the app.
You can also ask questions by writing them down on a question slip and handing them to a volunteer.
If you pre-ordered your lunch, you will receive a wristband at check-in. You lunch will be available for pick-up in the front courtyard to the south of the registration tents. Just show your wristband.
If you did not order lunch in advance, you can grab a bite from Dirty Birds Food Truck, which will be on location during the lunch break.
There are two locations on the east side of campus, a 5-10 minute walk from the event location:
Tu Mercado: Campus Market that has retail items, espresso drinks, breakfast, sandwiches.
Pavilion Brunch: Open from 10-2pm. This is the location for meal plan brunch but guests can come pay a price for unlimited access.
We hope you’ll join us for the closing reception, starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday, in the garden on the west side of the Kroc School, overlooking the ocean. There will be light appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks.
