About Courtney Baltiyskyy
Courtney is the Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy at the YMCA of San Diego County, where she leads efforts to expand access to child care, youth services, and environmental health. With nearly 20 years of experience in youth development, she brings cross-sector collaboration, creativity, and evidence-based leadership to drive systems-level change. She is a “co-parent” of Children First Collective San Diego, is an active volunteer, and has a blast with her two young kiddos.
