About Ricardo Flores
Ricardo Flores is the Executive Director of the nonprofit Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) San Diego where he oversees LISC’s work in financing affordable housing and investing in San Diego’s underserved neighborhoods, including City Heights, Southeastern San Diego, and Greater Logan Heights. Prior to working at LISC, Ricardo was chief of staff for Councilmember Marti Emerald and a senior aide to Congresswoman Susan Davis (D-CA). A graduate of the UCLA School of Theatre, Film & Television, Flores spent several years in Los Angeles as a production assistant, most notably on the movie “Shrek 2” (2004). A native of City Heights, Ricardo and his wife live in Kensington.
