About Sean Kilkenny
Sean Kilkenny is a Founding Partner of Nolen Communities, a north-county based developer focused on creating amenity-rich, context sensitive communities where residents can live, work and play. With over 600 housing units, including 90 affordable units, in different phases of development, from the 250-unit Fox Point Farms agrihood to the 9-unit Summit project in Cardiff, Sean and his partner Brian Grover work to identify underutilized properties taking advantage of the latest in local and state land use and housing law. Prior to founding Nolen, Sean was a CEQA project manager at the environmental consulting firm Dudek and also worked for a family-run homebuilder (Davidson Communities) and a master plan developer of the Otay Ranch development in Chula Vista.
