Another developer is leaving the market in downtown San Diego and will be auctioning off a proposed condo development, plans and all, in August.
The developer is listed on the Centre City Development Corp.’s Web site as T.C. Holdings, based in Newport Beach. The proposed development is a mixed-use, high-rise condominium development project at 11th and B streets. According to the T.C. Holdings Web site, the development is a:
Fully entitled project includes 26 story, 200 units with approx 7,000 S.F. of ground level retail and a 4 story subterranean parking garage n parked one car per room.
An auction will take place on Aug. 15 for the project, and will be administered by Inland Real Estate Auctions.
