The condo inventory was higher this week, with a total of 571 condos for sale on the resale market, according to numbers compiled from the Multiple Listing Service by Little Italy Realtor Lew Breeze.

As of last Wednesday, there were 562 units for sale. Breeze tracks only resale condos – these numbers do not include new condo units.

Asking prices for the week were mixed, Breeze reports. The median asking price was $738,071, higher than last week’s $727,204. However, the average price was slightly lower (by -0.83%), at $597,450.

Breeze operates a website with more information about properties for sale in the 92101 zip code. He compiles these statistics every Wednesday.
