With just 21 days to go until Election Day, Francine Busby appears to be closing in on Rep. Brian Bilbray in the race for California’s 50th Congressional District.
Busby is now polling at 46 percent, with Bilbray at 49 percent, according to a Survey USA poll released by KGTV. Of the 581 likely voters surveyed, 1 percent is undecided while 5 percent plan to vote for a third party.
A similar September poll of 540 likely voters showed Busby with 40 percent and Bilbray with 54 percent. Five percent of voters were undecided.
