Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007 | Unfortunately, Del Sur came with big promises of being different but is yet another landscape cluttered with densely packed “cookie-cutter” homes made with 2×4, chicken wire, and stucco mass production construction.
The greed of Fred Maas and the builders has created more unaffordable housing with an apartment complex feel rather than a unique neighborhood with character.
So sad…
