Bankrate.com posted its 2007 real estate guide today, forecasting cool weather in much of the West, including San Diego. 
The guide quotes Bernard Markstein, a senior economist at the National Association of Home Builders, saying San Diego has excess inventory of condos and single family homes, which will keep prices down.
Also, I can’t not post a link to the New York Times story today about how many of that city’s condo and co-op boards have banned “open houses” for security reasons, and because, all those people trooping through the lobby and holding up the elevator are just plain annoying.
