County Supervisor Bill Horn owns five properties worth more than $1 million each, according to his 2006 statement of economic interests.

Horn also received more than $10,000 in rent from 21 people living at some of those properties — three apartment buildings in Escondido and one in San Marcos.

Horn reported owning between $10,001 and $100,000 of stock in General Electric, General Motors and Sempra Energy.

He reported receiving one gift — a $250 gift basket from the Rancho Santa Fe Association.

Horn’s disclosures were scrutinized last year, after it was reported that he had not accurately filed information about his ownership of a home lived in by his chief of staff, Joan Wonsley. His disclosure forms this year include that information.
