Friday, May 18, 2007 | If Aguirre takes Judge Wellington’s put down to heart and steps aside on that overgrown building near Montgomery Field, who will enforce the FAA’s rule in regard to safety? The building will be completed, someone on instruments will stray just enough to fly into the top two floors, killing a lot of San Diego natives. Big lawsuit against the city. We’ll (citizens) end up paying millions. Way to go judge.
