Many thanks for the article. I don’t think there is a better, more informed and dedicated spokesperson for your topic than Mel Lions. People like Mel, Barry Logan and Nancy Casady are the heart and soul of the “think globally, grow locally” movement. Stories like yours draw attention to the movement, and ultimately, the resources needed to bring the “shift in awareness,” as Mel says, to fruition. If peaches (and cauliflower, for that matter) could taste like they used to, then there ought to be an outpouring of local support for Willow Glen Projects all around the country.
