Thursday, May 29, 2008 | The Union-Tribune did very sloppy work AGAIN today by providing flat, useless, recirculated and misleading commentary on how to solve San Diego’s problems, this time regarding Proposition C.

Prop. C is contrary to common sense and allows the San Diego mayor to name their own auditor! It is contrary to audtor independence surety as required by government, financial and audit standards.

The U-T consistently works against the citizens of this city in favor of the fat cat-downtown insiders it courts, and this is another wake-up call example.
