Monday, Oct. 13, 2008 | Proposition A, and any other ballot initiative seeking money, is a no-go this election. All working people are struggling just to keep their heads above water. All governments are going to have to live within their means. Remember ‘pay as you go?’ If you don’t have the money in hand, you cannot do it. Life ‘on the cuff’ is over. Deal with it.
