Add five more names to the list of people leaving The San Diego Union-Tribune’s newsroom.

We confirmed the names of three people we missed while reporting on the layoff announcement last week: Linda Lou, reporter; Daniel Wiegand, news artist; and Jacie Landeros, news artist.

They’re joined in leaving the paper by Ronald Powell, a reporter who is going to work as the communications director for the Unified Port of San Diego, the agency he previously covered.

And San Diego CityBeat says that Burl Stiff, the paper’s society columnist, is also doneski.
