Head-Scratching on the Radio

I was on These Days, KPBS’s morning talk show, today with real estate broker Matt Battiata. It was a good conversation that centered on many of the themes I’ve been hitting on recently — namely that this market is not simple, that understanding it and participating in it requires research and careful, measured thought and analysis.

In other words, it’s really confusing out there.
