Has your community been waiting for a capital project that you’ve already paid for?

My story this week looked at a stalled park in Pacific Highlands Ranch that highlights how City Hall is holding off on building fully financed public facilities because it can’t afford to operate them. The construction money is collected from special assessments on developers, which are reflected in the purchase prices of new homes.

I’m looking for more examples from across the city, and have already received some good tips. I could use your help as I continue looking into this.
