Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 | I’m an educator and a parent of 3 children — 20, 16 and 8. I want to know what happened to HOME ECONOMICS? I work as a chef instructor and we teach all ages and levels. I have even designed a badge program with our partners The Girl Scouts. How can I reach out to home school parents and give them an opportunity to learn with reading, math and science while cooking? If you know of a resource I would greatly appreciate it.
