Mayoral candidate Bonnie Dumanis seized the spotlight earlier this month by unveiling her campaign’s first major initiative, a plan to reform city schools.

One part of Dumanis’ plan said high school students should be able to attend community colleges for some classes but state law currently bans dual enrollment. In the latest Fact Check TV, Andrew Donohue and Scott Lewis examine whether that assertion’s true.
