Below, watch a special edition of our One Voice a Time conversation series with Scott Peters (congressional candidate, Unified Port of San Diego board commissioner and former city councilman), who chatted with VOSD CEO Scott Lewis. We originally had invited Peters’ opponent in the 52nd District congressional race, Rep. Brian Bilbray, to participate in a debate. Bilbray’s campaign said he could not make it because he would be in transit from votes in Washington D.C.
