In the latest edition of VOSD Radio, Scott Lewis and Will Carless look at what changes we could see in the region after Tuesday’s election.

They also urge you — yes, you! — to come to the VOSD Election Night party. It’s on Nov. 6 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Co-Merge at 330 A Street in downtown San Diego. You can find more details here and RSVP here.

In the Fact Check corner: A campaign mailer said San Diego Unified school board candidate Mark Powell was fired from a vice principal job, but we gave it a “Huckster Propaganda” rating. Another campaign mailer claimed City Council District 1 candidate Sherri Lightner gave $28 million in bonuses to unions, a charge we labeled “False.”

Plus, find out why VOSD Radio named Reality Changers’ Christopher Yanov as the Hero of the Week and District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis as the Goat of the Week. Listen to it here.

VOSD Radio also airs on Newsradio FM 95.7 and AM 600 KOGO on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. Subscribe to the podcast here.
