I’m a Pat Shea supporter – if such a thing can exist. But I lose him on a couple of points. First, it seems that if social timing is an issue then I’d like him to explain why, when brought to a vote, about 75 percent of San Diegans support action to save it on that site.
Second, why should this timing affect judges’ decisions if they are following the law as written? Do they take into account public opinion? I’m sure on the last point I just misunderstood something. Thanks. And, by the way, I am not Christian.
