The condo inventory downtown is at a seven-week low, with 558 units for sale, according to numbers pulled from the MLS this morning by Little Italy Realtor Lew Breeze.
Breeze found that both measures of asking prices – median and average – had gone up from last week. The average asking price was $746,746, about a 6 percent decrease, year-to-date. The median price was $602,500, also a year-to-date decrease of about 7 percent.
For data tracking the number of units that closed or were pending sale in the last 30 days, check out Breeze’s blog. Breeze, who operates a downtown condo website, pulls and reports these data each Wednesday.
