Friday, Sept. 15, 2006 | Mr. Ricondo’s letter has only added to the confusion regarding the proposal to move the airport to Miramar. He accused Dr. Carson of misrepresenting his firm’s work but than turned right around and himself misrepresented what Dr. Carson said. I can only conclude that this is part of the effort to build a “smokescreen” around the whole issue and intentionally confuse the voters. It adds to my conviction that management of the airport should be returned to the Port Authority who have done a much better job over the years with this important resource.
