Monday, Oct. 16, 2006 | Here are a couple of questions that I can’t seem to get answers to: Why can’t Donna Frye take various department heads to court to compel them to produce the reports that she (and other council persons) need to do their work, and ask to court to enforce sanctions on the individual that doesn’t put forth the documents?
Why does our out of date immigration policy pull the very worst instincts from the smug and the settled, like the city of Escondido. Most of us agree that we need meaningful, humane change, but what is reported is vulgar vituperative invective guaranteed to only make crafting a sensible workable solution near to impossible?
