A half dozen intelligent citizens sitting around over coffee could have gotten us to the same place that we are in after spending millions of dollars only to come up with a failed ballot initiative,

It’s patently obvious that the only solution to air traffic in San Diego is Lindbergh Field and that we just have to live with that fact.
