Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007 | This is more a rebuttal to the letter submitted by Bob Doustdar. I don’t understand how one can confuse the land plan with that of cookie cutter! I believe this gentleman is terribly mistaken and not familiar enough with the community to realize that the neighborhood he is referring to is, in fact, apartment homes.

There is nothing greedy about providing homes that are obtainable for policemen, firemen, teachers, and other service providers who don’t have the income levels necessary to actually buy. At least these families can reap the benefit of living in this incredible community, go to fabulous schools and be part of a development that went the extra mile — with the expense to do so — in environmental measures and architectural diversity. Outstanding job Fred Maas!
