The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority sits down for its monthly meeting Thursday at 10 a.m.

There are a few big-ticket items on the agenda, though no major action is expected.

The authority will get an update on the cross-border terminal concept, which envisions a passenger terminal built in the United States that allows fliers to access Tijuana International Airport.

The board will also have some big questions answered about the master plan, which has been under development since 2004. The authority’s members have inquired during a couple of planning session about the broader implications and needs for the master plan. No action is scheduled, though.
