- Eastbound Interstate 8 closed at Willows Road.
- Westbound Interstate 8 closed at State Route 79.
- State Route 94 closed between Otay Lakes Road and Forest Gate Road.
- Interstate 15 closed southbound at State Route 78. Interstate 15 northbound closed at State Route 56.
