Thursday, Nov. 1, 2007 | I would like to see Version D supported at the community meeting on Monday regarding alcohol on the beaches. This version would exempt coastal parks from a total alcohol ban.
This is the safest option for children, as well as all other beach-goers. I feel that there are plenty of nice places to enjoy a drink that are just off the beach, so it is unneccesary to drink on the beach. This will also keep the beaches less rowdy, so that all people can enjoy them — not just people who want to party. Thanks for listening!
