According to voiceofsandiego.org, average water use in the city is 125,664 gallons per annum. In 2007, the only officials that used less than average were Donna Frye, Tony Young and Mike Aguirre. Aguirre utilized only 41,868 gallons to Scott Peters’ 1,027,752 gallons.
