Monday, Aug. 18, 2008 | I have been following the Nancy Graham Centre City Development Corp. story since its inception. The one question that keeps coming to mind has been this: Why was Graham hired in the first place? CCDC was well-aware that Graham had conflict-of-interest problems at her last job in Florida with the same group she has problems with now. Was she hired because she was cozy with same developer who has business in San Diego? Who was responsible for this hiring? Why wasn’t she vetted before the hiring? I’m sure this question has been answered at some point, maybe I missed them, but I haven’t seen any reports lately on how Graham got her position. Can anybody fill us in on her hiring?
