Friday, March 20, 2009 | Both of the charges against B.D. Howard have been dropped and dismissed. This should not be used against Mr. Howard because he was cleared of all the charges. Bringing these accusations to light, when they have long been dismissed, is a smear tactic of the opponent. The opponent is trying to influence public opinion in his favor by slandering Mr. Howard. Mr. Howard is a law-abiding citizen and if elected would be a great asset to the community.
