Shunning the conventional decorum of wining and dining on Valentine’s Day, I made my way to Balboa Park to see Circus Vargas.
It’s been at least a decade since I last attended a circus and I was quickly reminded that it is a virtual photopalooza. I decided that, because I was sitting back in the bleachers, I’d take some photos away from the action in the ring.
