The neighborhood now has an opportunity to set the stage for dramatic changes on its main thoroughfare as San Ysidro updates its community plan.

What It Means

Both residents and businesses agree that a restriction on border-crossing businesses played a part in the boulevard’s demise, but they differ on how to change it.
