Randy Dotinga sure knows how to get in my good graces.

He sent me last week to photograph a bunch of tombstones in the middle of a creepy Mission Hills park in the middle of the night.

I left my tripod at home, so I was lying face down in the grass, trying to handhold my camera with no light and a strange guy standing up on the hill staring down at me. I was wondering what in the world he was doing in the park at night, but I’m guessing he was wondering what in the world I was doing in the park at night, lying in the grass, photographing tombstones.

Suffice to say, I only lasted about 20 minutes in the park, but I still got a few outtakes I’d like to share.
