Commence any joke you’d like about city decisions being made in smoke-filled rooms.

San Diego’s downtown redevelopment agency, the Centre City Development Corp., is selling a used cigar humidor, according to a request for bid released today.

Dimensions: 50 inches in width, 36 inches in depth and 58 inches in height.”
