Over the years, I’ve spent so much time photographing happenings in and around San Diego City Hall.
Almost every time I head to the area for an assignment, I look for images I like on my way to the shoot.
That’s how I wound up with this picture of the Civic Center Plaza building. I was headed to photograph San Diego Opera’s Nicolas Reveles for our weekend Q&A feature when the clouds and reflection caught my attention.
