I got out to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park this weekend for a quick hike. While I spent most of my time trying to keep cool and photographing my friends, I also grabbed a few frames I liked of the scenery.

Last year, around this time, I shared a colorful picture of the wildflowers there. This year, I looked elsewhere and was thinking in black and white throughout the day.
